Jesse White Announces the Second Annual Halloween
at the Howlett this Wednesday
Jesse White Tumbling Team Providing Entertainment

Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White announced that the second annual Halloween at the Howlett will be held on Wednesday, October 28th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The event, which is for local students in kindergarten through 5th grade and their parents, will take place inside the Hall of Flags Room, located in the first floor of the Howlett Building on the corner of Second and Edwards Street in Springfield.

“This is a great opportunity for children in Springfield and surrounding communities to celebrate the excitement of Halloween a few days early,” said White.

Candy will be provided to the trick-or-treaters. The candy was donated by The Hershey Company, Mars Snack Foods, Jelly Belly, Wrigley, Tootsie Roll, Nestle and Cadbury-Adams.

The Jesse White Tumbling Team will also be on hand to perform for the entertainment of those attending.
